About this event

**FREE Webinar** Artificial intelligence can do much more for your business than write emails and social media posts. This practical introduction explores how small business owners can use AI as a versatile tool for creating, researching, analyzing information, solving problems, and developing ideas.
Participants will learn how to give AI better assignments by providing the right context, goals, constraints, and expectations; how to work conversationally with AI to improve results; and how different AI tools offer different experiences. The class will also address the limitations of AI, including accuracy, privacy, verification, and situations where human judgment is still essential.
Designed for business owners who have some basic familiarity with AI but want to understand what it can really do, this session will help you move beyond simply asking AI questions and begin using it as a practical business tool.
