All attendees will receive a free copy of the book Traction by Gino Wickman (one of the top ten best selling books on entrepreneurship on Amazon)?
Jim Kinnier is an encourager, helper and entrepreneur at his core, but it took him a long time to figure that out. Jim has 30+ years in Sales, Marketing & Operations leadership roles in companies from $100B enterprise to mid-market to SMB to running his own business. In 2011, Jim took over a struggling IT services company and doubled revenue in two years but realized that growth creates its own set of challenges for leadership teams. Jim then decided to start his own sales consulting business and has worked with over fifty clients in long-term engagements helping them grow. Jim was on the client side of three EOS implementations and got to witness firsthand how the EOS Tools helped his clients' leadership team solve their biggest frustrations and get a grip on their business. He was hooked and became an EOS implementer in 2017. Jim has worked with more than 70 business leaders and their teams, helping them to proactively break through challenges and deliver business transformation.
