Adaptive Leadership helps leaders navigate different personalities, communication styles, and work preferences so they can reduce friction and get better results from their teams. This practical course focuses on understanding how people are wired and adapting your leadership approach to meet them where they are. The result is stronger relationships, clearer communication, and more effective decision-making.
Participants will learn how to: -Recognize the four core social styles and what motivates each one -Adapt their communication and leadership style to reduce conflict and improve engagement -Create practical, win-win outcomes that move people and projects forward

Steve McCaslin is a Washington SBDC Certified Business Advisor and is located in Coupeville, WA. Steve is a retired Naval Flight Officer and has spent 20+ years in the corporate world in sales, strategy and business development, business consulting, corporate training, and leadership development training, mentoring, and coaching. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Agriculture, where he majored in Poultry Science.
