2026 State of the Region: GSI's Annual Meeting
from Greater Spokane Incorporated
About this event
Join us for the 2026 State of the Region: GSI’s Annual Meeting — a defining conversation about what leadership looks like next. As our region faces economic shifts, energy and infrastructure demands, workforce pressures, and rising expectations for civic leadership, the question is no longer whether change is coming, but how prepared we are to lead through it together.
Grounded in this year’s theme, The Economic Necessity of Collaboration, the program will examine why growth without alignment creates friction — and why growth with coordination creates momentum. Competitiveness and resilience depend on cross-sector trust, shared responsibility, and a commitment to move from intention to execution — because together, we define what’s next.
We are honored to welcome back Jillian Youngblood, Executive Director of Civic Genius, as our keynote speaker. You’ll also hear from Alisha Benson, CEO of Greater Spokane Inc., and engage with a dynamic panel of local leaders who are shaping our region’s future across sectors. Join us to learn, connect, and be part of the leadership required to move our region forward.
DOORS OPEN AT 8:15 AM
PROGRAM BEGINS AT 9:00 AM
