We will present on an overview of Skanska, the project details, the upcoming Phase 2 bid, the GCCM process, and discuss the next steps and technical support that we provide any business looking to work with Skanska.

• Demolition and Construction of a new Renton High School on the existing, occupied site. The approx. 350,000 SF building will include kitchen, gymnasiums, science, classroom and maker spaces. Demolish existing classroom wings, gym and food service buildings. Site development includes hardscapes, accessories, sport fields, utilities and lighting. Renovation of existing 1930’s Building
• GCCM Procurement
• Construction starts July 2026. New Building complete February 2029. Renovation complete Aug 2030.
• 10% MBE; 6% WBE; 5% SBE supplier diversity goals. 30% Local (within 15mi radius)
