King County TA Provider Bridge-Builders Networking Event

Connect with technical assistance providers, small business resource organizations, CDFIs, and neighborhood advocates from across King County.

The purpose this meeting is to get together (as technical assistance providers and those that support small businesses and nonprofits with information and resources to help their organizations start and grow) - to get to know more deeply the different TA services and resources provided by various provider organizations and small business advocates in King County.

Who Should Attend:

• Technical assistance provider sponsor organizations
• Technical assistance business consultants
• Business improvement area (BIA) groups
• Neighborhood support groups and business advocates
• CDFIs
• Business consultants who want to learn about all the great resources available
• Anyone else who can benefit from learning about all the great free resources and low-cost resources available.

Event Timeline (Day of Event):

• 1:00 - 1:30 - General Networking and informal "resource mapping" activity
• 1:30 - 3:00 - Rapid Resource Showcase: Small business support provider presentations (pre-scheduled providers)
• 3:00 - 3:15 - Pop-Up Bonus Time for front-of-room sharing (unscheduled providers)
• 3:15 - 4:00 - Continued networking
• 4:00 - Event ends

Please plan to attend for the full duration of the event if you can. There is FREE parking in a large parking lot and we will have a small snacks/drink table if we can get it sponsored!

PROVIDER OPPORTUNITIES

• Have a resource/info table and staff it(beginning and end of event)
• Table from 1:00 - 1:30 and from 3:15 to 4:00
• The people visiting your table will be from other organziations who want to learn about the services your organization can offer to small businesses & nonprofits
• SIGN-UP HERE for a TABLE for your organization
• Give a short mini-talk in the front of the room during our Rapid Resource Showcase about the free or low cost services your organization offers to small businesses and nonprofit (3-5 minute rapid share)
• Available to the first 24 organizations who sign-up
• Presentation template available (1-2 slides only)
• SIGN-UP HERE TO PRESENT during Rapid Resource Showcase (open now!)
• Provide materials for a general table (non-staffed)
• No limit, we will have a table and you can put your materials there
• Sponsor a snack/drink table for the event(approx. 100 attendees)
• Networking opportunities bookend this event - 1:1 and group

Bring about 100 business cards and information about your organizations. Business cards will not just be for handling out 1:1 - we have a structured resource sharing plan as well so just bring enough that you don't run out.
