A free morning for Pierce County and neighboring contractors to learn how to work with Joint Base Lewis-McChord and to meet the people who buy and build there.
The program has three parts:
- MICC-JBLM — how Mission and Installation Contracting Command buys for the base, what local firms need to know, and what is coming next
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers — Seattle District opportunities and how to position for JBLM-related work
- Conti Federal — the JBLM FORGE modernization program and what is different about working under an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contract
Each session includes time for questions. Networking with fellow contractors throughout.
No cost. Open to businesses interested in federal and installation contracting. Venue details will be sent once confirmed.
